I tried many different thermometers in order to brew hight quality tea like japanese gyokuro, sencha and others.
taylor's gadget has been a great addition to my tea making. it is easy to use and you can really control the temperature and brewing time.
it clips nicely on regular mugs and thermos and works very well on small japanese teapots.
I enjoy tea even more since its now very easy to brew any type without much guessing.
highly recommended if you are looking for total control on brewing tea in one compact package.
